Condiment made of mushrooms champignons, pleurotus and porcini preserved in oil. Perfect for first pasta courses: pasta and rice; meats, warm crostini and pizza.
INGREDIENTS: Mixed mushrooms in varying proportions: champignons 53%, pleurotus ostreatus mushrooms 12%, porcino mushrooms ( Boletus edulis and related group ) 0.69%; sunflower oil; salt, flavor; aromatics plants.
USEFULL INFORMATIONS: Ready to use. Add either plain butter or chicken stock and grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese to your liking.
PRESERVATION: 48 Months room temperature. Store at room temperature far from direct light and heat sources. Once opened keep in the fridge at temperature 0/+4 C° and use within few days.

INGREDIENTS: Water, bianchetto truffles (Tuber borchii Vitt.) natural extract, butter, fresh cream, corn starch, bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.) 5%, cheese “PDO Parmigiano Reggiano“, lemon juice, salt. Contains: Milk – FLAVORS AND PRESERVATIVES FREE.
