TRUFFLE HUNTER RAGOUT

INGREDIENTS: Bacon 15%, cow’s milk ricotta 10%, water, tomato, milk, extra vergin olive oil, summer truffle ( tuber aestivum vitt. ) 3% and related group, butter, prepared for stock [ salt, yeast extract, vegetable protein, vegetables in varying proportions ( carrots, onions, celery ), extra vergin olive-oil 4%, cacking: silicon dioxide, spices, natural flavours ], potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, flavors. Contains: milk, celery. may contain traces of peanuts.

USEFULL INFORMATIONS: Ready to use ragout. To use as a dressing for egg pasta, stuffed pasta ( i.e. ravioli, tortelli etc. ) and durum wheat pasta. Also for: crostini, canapes, vol-au-vent, quiches.

RECOMMENDED QUANTITY: A jar 180g to dress 250g of pasta.
