INGREDIENTS: water, salt, summer truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) natural extract 70%, black truffle natural extract ( Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) 30%, flavour.
USEFULL INFORMATIONS: Ready to use. Avoid overheating lest the truffle aroma will fade. Generally used as a flavouring, ideal for mixing risotto and to enrich roast beef and fillets.
PRESERVATION: 48 Months room temperature Store at room temperature far from direct light and heat sources.

CONDIMENT MADE OF WHITE TRUFFLE FLAVOURED OLIVE OIL
INGREDIENTS: Olive oil, flavour.
USEFULL INFORMATIONS: Ready to use either on its own or for adding to fresh truffles and other sauces. Use preferably cold. As a condiment for fillet of beef “carpaccio”, mayonnaise, first (pasta) courses, risotto, boiled vegetables, boiled fish and fish hors d’oeuvres.
