White truffle cream bruschetta

The recipe for bruschette with white truffle cream is very easy to prepare and excellent when you have guests for dinner, with the crispy bread enhancing the sophistication of Bernardini Tartufi’s white truffle cream.

Ingredients for 4 people:

-1 whole baguette or common bread (400 grams))
45 grams of Bernardini Tartufi white truffle sauce
-20 grams of butter
-broth
-grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Preparation:

  1. Toast the bread slices
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by placing the remaining ingredients in a pan over heat to obtain a creamy mixture.
