Lemon tagliolini with truffles are a symphony of refined flavours, where the citrusy freshness of the lemon blends harmoniously with the intense, earthy flavour of the truffle, creating a culinary experience of pure elegance and delight.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
-400 g di bucatini
-1/2 limoni non trattati
-350 g di panna fresca
–fette di tartufo estivo in olio di Bernardini Tartufi q.b.
-prezzemolo fresco q.b.
-pepe q.b.
-parmigiano q.b
Preparation:
- Bring the water to the boil for the pasta.
- In a non-stick pan, put the cream in a bain-marie and deglaze with a little lemon juice. Grate in some finely chopped lemon peel and a little pepper.
- Cook the pasta and, once cooked, mix it with the sauce.
- Serve and add a few slices of summer truffle in Bernardini Tartufi oil and parsley.
- Sprinkle the tagliolini with Parmesan cheese
