The snack salad with toma and truffle are a simple and delicious dish, ideal for aperitifs in company and able to surprise their guests!
Ingredients:
–1 pre-made puff pastry disc
–150 g of Toma cheese
–50 g of Bernardini truffle sauce
Preparation:
- Cut the puff pastry into small circles.
- Fill each circle with Toma cheese and Bernardini truffle sauce,then fold it in half.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius and you’re done!
