Con la 57° Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo Bianco, Acqualagna torna a celebrare sua Maestà il Tartufo nei giorni 23, 29, 30, 31 ottobre e 1, 5, 6, 12, 13 novembre 2022.
Tra i più importanti appuntamenti del settore a livello internazionale, la Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo Bianco può vantare un’offerta ampia e innovativa: all’eccellenza del tartufo (sia dal punto di vista commerciale che gastronomico) si uniscono le altre preziosità italiane attraverso un calendario ricco di eventi, performance gastronomiche e culturali, super ospiti del mondo dello spettacolo insieme ai Maestri che hanno fatto grande la cucina italiana che qui trovano la location perfetta per esprimere il meglio di sé.
The Acqualagna truffle area has a centuries-old tradition of research, production and sale of the precious tuber. Renowned both nationally and internationally, it boasts a large production of around 600 quintals.
Crescono qui ben quattro varietà, una per ogni stagione: il Tartufo Bianco (Tuber Magnatum Pico dall’ultima domenica di settembre al 31 dicembre), il Tartufo Nero Pregiato (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt dal 1° dicembre al 15 marzo), il Tartufo Bianchetto (Tuber Borchii Vitt dal 15 gennaio al 15 aprile), il Tartufo Nero Estivo (Tuber Aestivum Vitt dal 1° giugno al 31 agosto e dal 1°ottobre al 31 dicembre).
